- 8 tbsp cumin
- 8 tbsp coriander
- 6 tbsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
- 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp salt
- 0-2 tbsp chili flakes (to taste)
Instructions
Put all the measured ingredients into a bowl and stir until the colour is completely uniform.
Break up any clumps (paprika and salt can clump).
Store in an airtight jar somewhere dark/cool for up to 6–12 months with no loss of flavour
